AB 3080 would require a person or business that conducts business in California and that seeks to sell specified products or services, including pornographic content, to take reasonable steps to ensure that the purchaser is of legal age at the time of purchase or delivery, including verifying the age of the purchaser.
AB 1955 (Ward) - Oppose
AB 1955 would prohibit schools from having policies informing parents when a school takes an active role in the social transition of their child. This bill would also prevent school staff from being disciplined who lie, about select topics, to parents regarding their own children.
